Yes, but he's also used it previously as an expletive, or at least a startled interjection, depending how you choose to read the non-translated panel when Skank bites him.

Actually, "Vok" is a real word. It's used in spanish (my mother language) to say "Oh MFG! The aliens are trying to abduct me!". Trust me!
